Technikabank OJSC since June of the current year again started to give mortgage loans financed by the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund. The first mortgage loan was in the amount of 49 000 AZN for 25 years on June 25, 2009. About 150 persons applied to Technikabank for the mortgage loans. 74 out of them got the mortgage loans in the total amount of 3 102 354 AZN, including 7 persons the priviledged loans.
