The scale of the emission is equal to 14.8 million manats and nominal price of the each share is one thousand manats. At present the authorized capital of the bank is equal to 26.912 million manats. According to the prospect emission the placement will be realized by the open subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange. The underwriter of the placement will be Technika Capital Management.
