Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic signed agreement with “Technikabank” OJSC about electronic documents exchange.
Client will receive the appropriate notification after filling and submitting the application to bank for opening account. If there is the agreement about electronic documents exchange between Ministry of Taxes and the bank where client applies for opening account, there is no need to apply to the taxes body for getting the certificate-duplicate.
Client can directly apply to the bank during the period mentioned in the notification; otherwise the client should take the certificate-duplicate from the appropriate taxes body in accordance with the notification and apply to the appropriate bank.
