Tekhnikabank JSC has created a mortgage loan portfolio of AZN 6.2 million with its own funds. The loans are given at 10% of annual interest. The crediting term is only up to 3 years and the payment in advance is at 25% of the flat's price.
The bank's mortgage portfolio totals AZN 22.21 million, including AZN 10.06 million received from the Azerbaijan Mortgage Crediting Fund.
